Green Apple Hat-Trick for B&M Waste Services

Leading Carbon Neutral B&M Waste Services is proud to announce that three of their customers have been awarded the prestigious Green Apple Award for environmental best practices.

Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, Mill Gate Shopping Centre and Gretna Gateway Outlet Village all received the award at a glittering presentation ceremony at the Houses of Parliament earlier this week.

The awards are given as a result of ongoing waste management improvements and initiatives being undertaken by the shopping centres with the support of B&M Waste. Each site has achieved an impressive 100% diversion of waste from landfill.

B&M Waste and Spinning Gate Shopping Centre are continuing to look at new innovative ways of further improving the environmental performance of the site, through new techniques and technologies.
