B&M Picks Up Top Sustainability Accolade At The City of Birmingham Business Awards

B&M Waste Services has been rewarded for its ongoing sustainability in business programme by scooping up the Sustainability Business of the Year at the Downtown In Business annual awards.

The award recognises the work of B&M with its clients and supply chain partners to introduce sustainable waste management and recycling solutions to companies that want to waste less and recycle more and divert their residual waste from landfill.

The City of Birmingham Business Awards (COBBA) was established by Downtown Birmingham in 2017 to acknowledge and celebrate companies and entrepreneurs that have made a successful and significant contribution to economic growth in the Birmingham city region.

As a carbon neutral accredited company since 2011, and carbon neutral plus since 2020, B&M has been guiding businesses towards zero waste to landfill goals, helping them to save space, money and the environment by implementing new technology and best working practices for waste management.
