In a glittering event last night B&M Waste Services were crowned the prestigious award of ‘Customer Focused Business of the Year 2015”
The Downton in Business event took place at the beautiful Sefton Palm House where over 400 people gathered in a celebration of the elite businesses across the Liverpool City Region.
In attendance from B&M Waste were some of the customer service team accompanied by Jayne Kennedy, Marketing Manager at B&M who said of the award “It really is a proud moment for us all at B&M Waste. As a family business established over 60 years ago we have now grown to offer a national waste management and recycling service to over 7000 customers. Our core values radiated in the way in which we manage each and every customer relationship are recognised by the regional business community and our customers alike through this award.”
