B&M continues to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19, and have acted quickly and responsibly in line with government guidelines, whilst continuing to stay compliant and providing a sustainable waste and recycling service as we welcome our customers back.
We are continuing to make every effort to limit the spread of the virus whilst maintaining our high standards of services. Our sites have implemented measures to prioritise health and limit exposure to our employees and customers.
Whether you are a new or existing customer, B&M Waste can offer a streamlined contactless service from start to finish including online waste audits, portal accessible documentation and webchat. Our employees are safe and compliant with social distancing and can continue to provide a best in class service.

With the majority of our services now re-mobilised we want to wish our customers a very warm welcome back, and ensure you that we have measures in place to ensure maximum safety including, masks, gloves, sanitising units. Where possible our staff are holding meetings via video conference to continue to support your business requirements. We are no longer providing contracts and all signatures will be required electronically.
We will continue to be proactive in helping our customers improve their environmental impact, providing video waste awareness and segregation training and environmental reports which calculate the amount of carbon that is offset by diverting waste from landfill. We will continue to operate as normal as possible with compliance and sustainability at the forefront of everything we do.
