B&M Secure Shredding (B&M) has earned its first trophy after being declared the best new company at the 2013 Wirral Business Awards.
Hosted by BBC Radio Merseyside’s Roger Phillips, the best of Wirral’s businesses were recognised in a glittering ceremony at Birkenhead School on Friday 13th September, with over 450 leading figures from the region’s business world in attendance.
The Newcomer of the Year award, which was open to companies that began trading after 1st January 2012, was judged on criteria that included; finding a market niche, creating local jobs and evidence where hard work had resulted in a successful business start.
Paul Curtis, B&M Director, says “We are very proud to have won such a respected local award – Best New Company – , and hopefully it will be the first of many. Local companies are the cornerstone of our business and while we are always looking for ways to enhance what we do, we will continue to provide a secure, reliable and cost-effective service to Wirral businesses.”
The secure destruction of confidential data is becoming increasingly critical for most organisations, to prevent heavy fines or potentially harmful information falling into the wrong hands. B&M can offer a regular, specially tailored, shredding programme to suit all kinds of businesses.
