B&M Celebrates First Anniversary as a Living Wage Employer

A year ago in May 2021, B&M Waste Services received its accreditation as a Living Wage Employer and although we have paid the living wage since its inception in 2016, we wanted to reassure our employees of our commitment in appreciation of the tremendous hard work they put into the success of our company. In joining the thousands of UK businesses that have subscribed to the motto, “A hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay” we have continued to encourage our partners and supply chain to join us in ensuring all workers earn enough to live on.
