SIC Codes.

Under Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, and as a producer of waste, organisations have a legal responsibility to provide their waste management provider with an accurate description of their business and their waste streams.

As a customer of B&M Waste Services you must ensure the correct Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code is included on Waste Transfer Notes to ensure that all of your paperwork is correct so that you are fully compliant with all regulations.
