Childhood Tumour Trust Kids Bounce into the New Year with B&M Waste Donation

Waste management business, B&M Waste Services, continue to support Childhood Tumour Trust, with their latest donation used to fund a day out for the Manchester-based children and families that the charity supports.

Childhood Tumour Trust aims to raise awareness of Neurofibromatosis (NF1); an incurable medical condition that can result in tumours, bone deformities, blindness and mobility issues.  

Jayne Kennedy, Marketing Manager for B&M Waste, said “Using the funds donated by B&M Waste during our Annual Charity Truck Pull at the end of last year, the families were treated to a day out at Manchester’s InflataNation – a brand new inflatable theme park full of bouncing fun for kids young and old. After building up an appetite, the kids enjoyed a slap-up dinner at Pizza Hut – with all the toppings! We’re so proud to be able to bring support in the form of a family day out and some much needed fun and family time.”

Days out like this are more than just fun and a welcome distraction from hospitals and appointments, they are the start of a lifelong network of friendships and support for everyone affected by Neurofibromatosis.”
