B&M Waste Services have continued their longstanding support of Claire House, by collaborating with the charity to act as Recycling Partner for the Mowgli Dog Show.
The event, to be held at Claremont Farm on July 7th, will display a wide range of dogs on the day- with the fantastic Jonny Bongo appearing as compere. A variety of awards will be available to entrants on the day, with categories featuring ‘a child’s best friend’, as well as ‘best sausage catcher’. The event is open to a wide demographic of consumers, with food and craft beer stalls available on the day, as well as children’s interactive activities and projects.
Claire House is a children’s hospice, that helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full, by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to family life. Claire House carry out a range of fundraising activities throughout the year to raise funds for the activity days and experiences on offer to the children and their families. All proceeds from the day will be donated to Claire House, to support them in the continuation of their work across the North West region.
Acting as a recycling partner for the event, B&M will ensure that no waste produced on the day will be sent to landfill and as much as possible is recycled. Carbon Neutral since 2011, the company pride themselves on their green credentials and continue to work towards new accolades.
